I agree, Harriet! I know about PDF expert, but I’ll have to check out Things…
I have recently started using an app called Headspace. It is a guided meditation app that encourages a daily practice of mindfulness. Thanks for the suggestion about the yoga app as well. I have been looking for a good yoga app myself.
I’ve mostly used Calm for meditation, but I’ve heard that Headspace is also good – I’ll have to try and compare!
